For over 40 years, Scott has been a Real Estate Developer, Licensed General Contractor and Construction Risk Management Consultant.  Expertise includes construction and development of many types of projects including one-of-a-kind high-end luxury homes in Aspen, Colorado, and a wide range of commercial projects.

Scott has provided extensive facility funding and Construction Consulting to the Federal Head Start Program through our client - UMASS / Donahue Institute.
